**We are looking for a Night Registered RN to join our talented team.**
SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Night Registered Nurse is specially trained in the hospice concept to provide on-call services for the personal, physical and emotional needs of the patient and family.
Duties may include triaging calls, making routine and urgent visits, presentations and admissions, and attending deaths.
The After Hours Nurse may be responsible for patient care in any setting, home, nursing home, assisted living, hospital or Hospice Care Center.
- RN with current Colorado licensure; graduate from an accredited school of nursing, BSN required.
Current CPR required.
One year Hospice or three years of medical/surgical, oncology, or comparable hospital experience.
Valid Colorado driver's license and unlimited access to reliable transportation.
Ability to set priorities and follow through.
Participates in the on-call, holiday, and weekend and after hours programs.
Reads, writes and speaks English in a manner that can be understood by others.
Medium Work exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally (i.e. up to 1/3 of the time) to move objects, including the human body. Frequent walking and standing.
